Cheese Insolation is a project that Awhite902 began in Spring of 2011. By melting cheese on objects he sought to symbolically illustrate and understand how our fatty diets have begun to trap and slow much of our society. As such, it is becoming less and less of a hypothetical scenario that our lack of exercise, fast food diet and reliance of mechanize transportation is slowly eroding away at our countries ability to sustain its self... This project was shot on large format 4x5 color film.

Awhite902 is perusing a B.F.A. in Photography and Imaging within the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. He has broad photographic interests in street photography, portraiture and architectural photography. These broad interests are reflected in his work. At Tisch Awhite902 has begun to develop his own unique style that very much reflects his personality. Awhite902 is a very flexible photographer that works best in challenging new situations. He is comfortable using both film (including dark room processes for both color and black and white) and digital photographic equipment. Awhite902 has several years of experience photographing events and parties.
Awhite902 recently began designing websites (as this one is his first) and is diving in to the field. He is very enthusiastic about this new field and hopes to continue to learn the intricate world of building websites in the coming months and years.
